Psychological psychotherapist (CBT) · Coaching · Performance
About me.
What interests me is what moves people – how they feel, think, make decisions and show up in their lives.
In my work, it is about gaining clarity and shaping development in a way that is tangible in everyday life: calm, structured and human.
For me, working together means understanding what strengthens you, what provides orientation and what makes sense as a next step.
Change happens where understanding and action come together.
My path
My professional path is closely connected to high-performance sport.
As part of the German national golf team, I played in five team European Championships, one World Championship and received a full scholarship to Wake Forest University (USA).
Sport has shaped me: dealing with pressure, responsibility and expectations – and the ability to make decisions at the right moment.
After several injuries, I was faced with the question:
How can I translate what has shaped me into a new kind of path?
This question led me to psychology.
Back in Germany, I studied psychology, completed my training and licensure as a psychological psychotherapist and gained experience in psychiatric clinics, outpatient therapy, research and coaching contexts. Later, I completed further training in sport psychology with a focus on self-regulation, presence and team processes.
Today, I work, among others, with athletes in the German Golf Association (U23/Young Guns) on topics such as presence, focus, decision-making and dealing with pressure.
The role has changed – the standard I hold myself to has remained the same.
Two spaces
From this path, two clearly distinct forms of support have emerged:
Practice for Psychotherapy & Diagnostics
for clinical treatment, stabilisation and in-depth understanding.
INNER LAB
for coaching, self-leadership, communication and mental presence.
Different goals.
Different processes.
The same attitude: clear, respectful, engaged.
How I work
People bring different experiences, life contexts and concerns.
That is why I do not work with standard programmes. We work with what is truly relevant right now – clearly, structured and individually tailored.
The central question is:
How do you want to show up?
-
for yourself
-
in moments of responsibility
-
in relationships and teams
-
and in situations where your presence is needed.
This attitude is formed on the inside and becomes visible on the outside – in how we act, decide and communicate.
Change can be understandable, individual and sustainable. And it starts with ourselves.
