How to work with INNER LAB

 

Coaching at INNER LAB is flexibly structured – so that it fits your situation, your everyday life and your pace.
At its core, it's always about how inner work shapes how you show up – in sports, in your career, in relationships and in everyday life.

The following formats can be used individually or in combination, depending on the topic.

This is how coaching works at INNER LAB

  1. Get to know
    Short, free initial consultation (online, approx. 20–30 minutes): You describe your request, we jointly check whether coaching is suitable and which format seems appropriate.

  2. Clarify goals
    In the first sessions, we jointly determine what we will work on specifically and what should noticeably change in everyday life, sports, or leadership.

  3. Work & transfer
    We combine psychologically sound reflection with everyday strategies – always with a view to how you can transfer what has been discussed into your context.

  4. Reflect & conclude
    Finally, we reflect on what has changed, what you are taking away, and whether booster or check-in appointments make sense.

Note regarding fees & booking: You can find specific terms and available dates in the booking tool. During an initial consultation, we will discuss which format and scope would be most suitable for you.
