Outwardly, a lot is happening – work, obligations, endless to-do lists.
Inside, you may notice that relationships feel more stressful, a situation has changed, or something simply doesn’t fit you the way it used to.
Coaching at INNER LAB is about how inner work shapes how you show up in your life – in your relationships, in times of transition and in your everyday interactions.
What coaching is about
Coaching offers you a space to sort your inner chaos: conflicts, expectations, roles and the question of who you are right now – and who you want to be.
We work on how you can navigate changes and transitions (e.g. separation, moving, job change, becoming a parent) and tensions in relationships (partner, family, friends, colleagues) in a way that allows you to stay connected to yourself.
At the centre is your mental flexibility: the ability, in difficult moments, not to get stuck in old patterns but to stay inwardly flexible – in thinking, feeling and acting.
Not becoming harder, but more flexible: inner work that changes how you show up in everyday life and relationships.

How I work
We look together at your current situations – conversations, conflicts, decisions, inner monologues.
You do not get relationship advice in the sense of quick tips, but psychologically grounded reflection and everyday tools that fit you and your context.
Working together on equal footing is important to me: honest, clear, respectful.
The goal is not a perfect life or perfect relationships, but a more coherent way of relating to yourself and to the people around you – inner work that tangibly changes how you show up in your relationships.
