Coaching means understanding oneself, one's own patterns and decisions more consciously – and creating changes from this that are noticeable in everyday life.

At INNER LAB, we work precisely there,
where inner work shapes how you show up –
so that it changes how you treat yourself, communicate, and behave in stressful situations.

I support individuals, leaders, and athletes in developing mental flexibility, gaining clarity, and effectively utilizing their potential. Each coaching program is individually designed, structured, and tailored to your specific goals – not a standard program, but coaching that truly fits you.

Mental flexibility – more than just “mental strength”

“Mental strength” has become a buzzword – often associated with “perseverance”, “conduct”, and “function”.


In practice, however, I experience that precisely this demand leads many people to become even more overloaded.

Mental flexibility means something else: remaining clear under changing conditions – not clinging to a thought, an expectation or a result, but constantly adjusting to what is actually happening.

It is the ability to react consciously and adaptively to pressure, mistakes, or unforeseen events without losing focus or one's own stance. That is the difference between trying to control everything external and having true control over oneself.

As a former competitive athlete, I know how crucial this ability is – not only to achieve results, but to stay healthy, focused and motivated over a longer period of time.

Coaching at INNER LAB therefore means: training the inner space between stimulus and response – so that you remain flexible when it counts.

Coaching for executives, high performers and athletes – with a focus on mental flexibility, clarity and the ability to act under pressure.

We work on focus, decision-making, self-confidence and a presence that carries you – in moments when it counts.

 

Balance & Resilience
Strengthening inner stability and regenerative capacity – for people who bear a lot of responsibility and want to remain productive in the long term.
The goal is to maintain performance without burning out. We combine emotional regulation, prioritization, and realistic recovery strategies.

 

Communication & Change
Coaching for clear, honest and effective communication – in teams, in professional roles or in personal environments.
We are working on contacts, boundaries, conflict navigation, and a presence that is not only understood but also felt.

 

Development & Self-Reflection
Personal development based on sound psychological principles – for example with the LINC Personality Profiler.
The goal is to understand internal patterns and align behavior so that it is consistent.

The result: clarity, poise, and an authentic presence.

How I work & what framework you can expect

Coaching at INNER LAB is a non-therapeutic service and does not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment or psychiatric care.
If it becomes apparent during the course of treatment that psychotherapeutic support is useful or necessary, we will discuss appropriate next steps and, if necessary, suitable contact points together.
