
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC) – COACHING – INNER LAB.

Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by INNER LAB. / Antonia-Leonie Eberhard, Waldstraße 15, 31303 Burgdorf (hereinafter: “Coach”), to private individuals, executives, athletes and companies (hereinafter: “Client”).
Deviating agreements shall only apply if they have been expressly confirmed in writing. -
Nature of the service Coaching serves to support personal development, self-leadership, mental performance and clarity.

Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
In the event of indications of a mental disorder, the Client will be referred back to appropriate specialist services.
Psychotherapeutic services are not provided via this website and are not covered by these GTC. -
Conduct of coaching
Coaching takes place by agreement:

in person
-
online (certified video platform)
-
by telephone
The content framework is defined jointly.
The Client remains responsible for their own decisions and actions at all times.

Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded by:

booking an appointment via Wix Bookings
-
written confirmation by e-mail
-
or a signed coaching agreement (for packages / corporate assignments)

Fees & payments
The prices valid at the time of booking apply.

Individual coaching is invoiced per session.
-
Packages are invoiced before the start or according to individual agreement.
-
Invoicing is carried out electronically.
-
Payment term: 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
All prices include statutory VAT.

Cancellations / rescheduling
As coaching is planned individually, the following conditions apply:
Time of cancellation – Costs

more than 24 hours in advance: free of charge

less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the fee
-
no-show: 100% of the fee
For coaching packages or programme frameworks, these conditions apply to each individual session.
Corporate assignments may be subject to deviating contractual payment conditions.

Confidentiality
All content discussed in coaching is treated confidentially.
The Coach will not pass on any information to third parties, except with the express consent of the Client or where required by law.

Liability
The Coach is liable only for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
No liability is assumed for:

decisions made by the Client
-
economic or personal consequences
-
expected results that do not occur
Responsibility for implementation and impact lies with the Client.
Note: Professional liability insurance will be added.

Protection of intellectual property
Working materials, documents, models and content remain the intellectual property of the Coach.
Any disclosure or use outside the agreed coaching context requires the Coach’s consent.

Right of withdrawal (for private clients)
Private clients have the right to withdraw from a coaching contract concluded online within 14 days without giving reasons.
If coaching begins at the express request of the Client before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal shall apply only to a limited extent. Services already rendered will be invoiced.

Final provisions
If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Place of jurisdiction is Hanover, insofar as legally permissible.
