Coaching for athletes – clear mind, ready for competition

 

You invest a lot in your sport – training, tournaments, travel. And you know there is more in you than you’re currently able to show.
At INNER LAB, coaching is about exactly that: using inner work to shape how you perform – so your mindset supports your game instead of getting in the way.

What coaching is about

Mental coaching helps you stay with yourself under pressure – clear, focused and able to act.
We explore the moments where it feels tight and automatic – and develop concrete strategies for how you can respond differently when it really counts.
At the core is your mental flexibility: the capacity to keep adjusting to what is actually happening, rather than getting trapped in expectations, results or old thought patterns.
In short: inner work that changes how you show up in competition.

How I work

We work with your real sporting life: tournaments, training phases, inner dialogues, critical situations.
You don’t get generic mental tricks, but psychologically grounded input and tools that fit you, your sport and your personality.

The space between stimulus and response is particularly important to me – that’s where mental flexibility is built.
The aim is inner work that tangibly changes how you show up on the course and in competition.

Where it makes sense, we also use

  • the LINC Personality Profiler to understand your patterns under pressure more clearly,and

  • Regeneration & Neuro-Balance to keep your nervous system sustainably able to perform.

Framework

  • OnlinOnline or in person in Bremen, hybrid also possible

  • Individual sessions, intensive blocks or longer processes over several weeks

  • Languages: German and English
